One of the things we do is if we can’t fix your problem we don’t charge you. At all. No callout fee, No nothing. This rarely happens but in the case that we can’t fix a problem or in the case we have to delegate out a problem out to a subcontractor like Telus, Shaw, we do that for free. Another thing we are doing is we have a strict privacy and confidentiality policy. That means your data is safe with us and your are safe with us. We will not tell any of our other customers about you unless you leave us with a review. In that case we will proudly show that review to other customers.
